We offer a range of contact lenses, including daily, bi-weekly, and monthly options. A valid prescription is required for all contact lens purchases, and we recommend a contact lens fitting for new users to ensure proper fit and comfort.
2.4. Other Services:
We also provide services such as dry eye assessments, eye health consultations, and other specialised optometry services. These services may be subject to additional fees, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
3.1. Booking an Appointment:
Appointments for eye exams and other services can be booked via our website, by phone, or in person at any of our clinics. We recommend booking an appointment in advance, especially for specialised services.
3.2. Appointment Fees:
Some services, such as eye examinations or consultations, may require payment at the time of booking or upon completion of the service. All fees will be communicated clearly to the customer in advance.
3.3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee or be charged the full appointment fee.
4. Payment

5. Returns and Exchanges
5.1. Eyewear and Contact Lenses:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your eyewear or contact lenses, we offer a 30-day return policy for exchanges or refunds, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Customised or prescription items may be subject to different return policies.
5.2. Defective Goods:
If you believe your eyewear or contact lenses are defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or repair if the item is faulty. The item will be returned to the manufacturer or supplier for evaluation if necessary.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all gift cards issued by Hooson & Stuttard Eye Care Limited (“we,” “us,” “our”) for use at our clinics in the UK.
1. General Terms

1.2. Gift Card Use:
The gift card can be used for products and services available at Hooson & Stuttard Eye Care Limited, including:

1.3. Non-transferable:
Gift cards are non-transferable, cannot be sold, and are not redeemable for cash or any other form of credit, except where required by law.
2. Gift Card Redemption
2.1. Monetary Value:
Gift cards will be pre-loaded with a monetary value chosen at the time of purchase. They can be used for multiple transactions until the balance is exhausted.
2.2. Partial Redemption:
If the value of a transaction is less than the balance on the gift card, the remaining balance will stay on the card for future use.
2.3. Exclusions:
Some products or services may be excluded from gift card use, which will be clearly communicated at the point of sale.
3. Expiry and Validity
3.1. Expiry Date:
Gift cards have a validity period of 24 months from the date of issue. After this period, the gift card will expire, and any remaining balance will be forfeited.
4. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

Hooson & Stuttard Eye Care Limited is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Treat gift cards as cash.
4.2. Reporting:
If your gift card is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately. We will attempt to assist with replacing the card, but we cannot guarantee it.
5. Refunds and Returns

If items purchased with a gift card are returned, refunds will be credited back to the original gift card.
