If you simply wish to order a spare pair or sunglasses, contact us to see when is best to pop in and choose your new frame with one of our dispensing opticians.

Absolutely. We will be happy to advise if a particular brand and frame you have seen online is one we stock or can order for you. Please make a note of the frame details before contacting us for more information.

If you have seen a pair online and would like us to order them for you, please contact us. If you require prescription lenses and haven’t had your eyes tested with us, we would strongly recommend making an appointment so that we can ensure our dispensing optician is available to help do the necessary measurements when they arrive in stock. Please remember to bring a copy of your prescription with you.

This is completely up to you, however many people choose to have a spare pair for emergencies in cases of damage or loss, or simply to have options. Ask our staff to see if we have any special offers available for buying more than one pair on the day.

This depends on whether we need to order your frame or if we already have it in stock, and the complexity of your prescription lenses and tint. We usually estimate 10-14 days. We will contact you as soon as they have been quality checked and are ready for collection.
